This design focuses on simplicity and functionality, catering to the needs of an empty-nester couple who prefer minimal hosting. The layout revolves around an open floor plan, featuring two-story elevation spaces designed specifically to showcase client's various sculptural artworks. The primary bedroom is conveniently situated on the first floor, along with the kitchen, living room, and a cozy side porch.

Notable elements of this design include a cleverly concealed walk-in pantry accessed through a faux fridge door, adding a touch of whimsy to the space. Additionally, a spacious catwalk balcony overlooks the central area of the home, providing a unique vantage point and enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity throughout the house.
