Aiming to create a space that reflects transformation and innovation inspired by the Monarch Butterfly and the revitalization of Chicago’s Fulton Market District, this design blends Lake Michigan’s blue-green hues with Chicago’s industrial rust orange and maroon tones for a bold yet cohesive aesthetic. Spatial configurations will offer a tailored experience for clients while providing employees with flexible, personalized workstations and collaborative areas. This design captures the dynamic spirit of both NEXT and Chicago, supporting a modern, forward-thinking environment.
