About Me . . .

Growing up in Douglasville, GA with a family of five deeply involved in athletics, I immersed myself in various sports before discovering my passion for tennis. Throughout my upbringing, weekends were dedicated to traveling across the southeast for tournaments, laying the foundation for my eventual venture into entrepreneurship. At 15, I embarked on the journey of establishing my own tennis academy, where I quickly grasped the importance of hard work and consistency in achieving success.

Despite my dedication to sports, I've harbored a desire to pursue a career in design but with a limited understanding of what that entailed. As the first in my family to venture into the field, I was blindly navigating this path until my enrollment in UGA's Bachelor of Fine Arts program at the Lamar Dodd School of Art.  My first-year foundational art courses not only honed my technical skills but also surfaced a creative identity within me. My journey reached a pivotal moment upon gaining acceptance into the Interior Design Program after undergoing a rigorous portfolio review in Studio I. Armed with newfound insights and expertise, I am dedicated to further refining my craft and evolving my distinctive style as I set my sights on obtaining a Master's Degree in Architecture.
